Potato salad is one of my favorite Thanksgiving Day dishes. Being away from home sometimes calls for you to make consessions. So I found myself eating more bread than I would normally eat but I also found ways to keep it balanced. Needless to say, it pays to always take some staple items with you; those would be my raw sunflower seeds and the avocado. This was how I incorporated my beloved potato salad into my breakfast.
