When I began on my journey to a healthier me, I kept it so simple. Don't get boggled down with all kinds of fancy machinery; use what you have. Here I created a refreshing fruit blend by just peeling and cutting up a few simple fruit. Pictured here are apples, kiwi, and blackberries. Go ahead, just get started.
